Matthew Bells Inc. offers numerous Technical Support / Helpdesk services. Please select the method most convenient to you:

Standard Support Level
Standard level support is available by phone during business hours from 08:00 to 17:00.

Advanced Support Level
24-hour support is available by phone for emergency calls for customers with Advanced Level support only.

Helpdesk
The helpdesk is divided into several lines of support where different categories of support personnel will work to resolve a problem.

On Site Support
Matthew Bells Inc.. provides on site support on request. For more information contact your local Account Manager.

The support team consists of experienced system engineers that work closely with the product development team. The customer will be kept informed of work progress until the incident is closed.

Web Support
Please log-in to use the problem notification web tool.

Note: If you don't get an automatic reply with a Problem Notification Number (PNN) within 30 minutes after reporting a problem, please always call our support number on +234 1 2647271, 234 1 8033426321

Email Support
To report problems, specify the words 'Problem Notification' in the subject field in the e-mail.

Example:

To: support@matthewbells.com
Subject: Problem Notification

Please raise the Problem notification in the following format, giving as much information as possible about the problem, and submit it within the e-mail as a message:

Severity: (C - LOW)/(B - MEDIUM)/(A - HIGH)/(CONSULTATION REQUEST)
Problem summary: Problem title
From: Customer name
Company: Company name
Phone: Customer’s contact number
Product:
Version:

Description:

The Helpdesk will send an acknowledgement of the problem notification. The acknowledgement will contain a Problem Notification Number (PNN), which will be used in all further communication about the problem.

Note: one problem per report.
